Mennonites are Christians who believe in God the Father, Jesus the Son, the Holy Spirit and the centrality and inspiration of the Bible.  Peacemaking is a core value, and Mennonites believe peacebuilding is an achievable way of life; therefore, most Mennonites would choose negotiation, reconcilation efforts and restorative justice over violence or war.  For more details about our beliefs, please visit our "Basic Beliefs" page.
